Meeting Stile are seals for frameless glass sliding doors.

Meeting Stile Function - are applied to a pair of double doors to create a seal over the gap where the doors meet. Properly sealing a set of doors prevents infiltration of sound, light, drafts, thus creating an insulated environment. It can also be applied to contain fire and smoke in emergency situations.

Features:

• An aluminium meeting stile seal (astragal) designed for frameless glass doors. The woven pile sealing strip is combined with a weather fin to form an effective weather and energy seal
• Use in conjunction with Raven brush strip door bottom seals RP2b, RP74 and threshold plates

• Fixing: Self-adhesive (Self-adhesive. Note: Contact surface must be clean, smooth and if painted, well cured. Self-adhesive seals will not adhere to oiled or alkyd finishes or to easy clean wash and wear paint surfaces
• Minimum and Maximum Gap: 8mm to 9mm (Gap is determined prior to installation)
• Replacement Seals: RP71PP
• Material: Aluminium (Anodised aluminium with black polypropylene pile with weather fin)

Note: Architectural perimeter seal and door bottom extrusions are anodised 15μm and threshold plates are anodised 25μm for maximum durability. Black aluminium is anodised 25μm to 40μm.
