Door Bottom Seal - used to close gaps between the bottom edge of a door and the floor. Sound, light, draught, moisture, fire, and smoke can all be significantly reduced by closing the gaps along the door frame.

Door Bottom Seal Function - the seal has a spring loaded mechanism which lifts the seal clear of the floor, in a parallel motion, as soon as the door is opened. Pressure against the door jamb on the adjustable brass strike button operates the seal automatically.

Features:

• A heavy duty, fully morticed, automatic door bottom seal that is spring loaded to lift clear of the floor when the door is opened
• It is self levelling and reversible for left and right handed operation
• Acoustically designed, featuring an EPDM foam gasket for acoustic door applications
• Operated automatically by pressure against the door jamb on its adjustable brass strike.
