Escutcheon is when a cylinder needs to be trimmed, this tool is utilized. A matching accessory that goes nicely with all round rose levers and entry handles where they're suited.

Escutcheon Function - Protect a lock cylinder from being drilled out or snapped, as well as the surrounding region from damage and wear caused by the key's end missing the keyhole.

Features:

• Concealed fixed plates have studs with internal threads located on the rose, visible roses have corresponding countersunk holes and are fixed back to back through the door
• Designed for use with Lockwood 3770 Series & 3570 Series Mortice Latches and with 5250 tubular latches
