Panic Bolt allows for both doors to be locked closed and permits emergency exit from both doors (e.g. where emergency or panic situation could occur).

Panic Bolt Function - a safety device for critical emergency. These are designed specially for doors that may be used in the event of an emergency that would require a fast and unencumbered escape, such as a fire evacuation.

Note: Panic bolt only, door not included

• Top and bottom latching and reversible to suit double door applications
• Can be used on aluminium, hollow metal or wood swinging commercial doors
• Features an anti-thrust device to prevent the bottom socket from being levered from the outside.

Features:

• Consists of 376E, 378E and 378DDS strike plate
• Dogging option is available for both 376 and 378 devices (Dogging not suitable for fire doors)
• Sizable to accommodate a range of door openings
• Non handed - will suit both left and right hand doors
• Handed but can be rehanded on site
